I am not able to Start Apache on XAMPP on my system windows 7 32 bit -

i not able run/start apache through xampp on system windows 7 32 bit. problem after installing working okay apache not running or starting.

getting following error message:-

initializing control panel windows version: windows 7 ultimate 32-bit initializing module... checking module existence... checking required tools... checking service (name="apache2.4"): service installed error message : apache service detected wrong path change xampp apache , control panel settings or uninstall/disable other service manually first found path: "c:\apache24\bin\httpd.exe" -k runservice expected path: "c:\xampp\apache\bin\httpd.exe" -k 

checking default ports... executing "net start "apache2.4"" return code: 0

i think system missing port 80 used apache server run - checked on system there no such port 80 on system.

how resolve issue?

terminate/exit programs skype , other programs using port 80 start appache server hope start server. once appache server start can start skype or other programs.
or can change port of appache server. can follow link changing server port.
how change xampp apache server port?

i have excel workbook used generate quotations customers. there main page user inputs data, , there buttons generate various pdfs , send them customer. however, 1 user consistently getting error preventing generating , sending pdfs. i beleive "microsoft windows common controls 6.0 (sp6)". it's installed on users' computers. on mine, location "c:\windows\syswow64\mscomctl.ocx" on others "c:\windows\system32\mscomctl.ocx" the user experiencing issues on 32-bit machine, "mscomctl.ocx" file should in system32. have manually put in there, , pointed common controls reference in vba it. issue seems keep reverting looking in syswow64. since folder doesn't exist, can't find it, , can't produce pdfs. i thought perhaps issue user running older version of office (2007) there users on 2013 , 2016. thought perhaps mixture of 64-bit , 32-bit users. user gets sent workbook other users (as quotation process goes further, gets passed ...
