python/django - View in Footer ( view in all urlpatterns ) -

finally it's easy me query set in view , print in template.

but, have huge problem... normal case know 2 steps, adding view in views.py , in view setting gueryset want use in 1 off templates. setting url view, exmaple. exmaple.com/projects/ , showing last projects in particular page. want show last projects on footer 1 allways visible on urls... cannot sort out...
